Torie Tye, Torie Tye Makeup & Hair (TTMH), (“we”, “our”, “us”) recognises the importance of privacy issues. Our Privacy Policy informs you how we manage the personal information that we collect, use and disclose. This Privacy Policy may not pertain to personal information collected or held by us about our employees and is to be read subject to any overriding provisions of law or contract.

Such information by be classed as sensitive information (age, sex, birth date but is freely supplied by you for whatever purpose); and if you are applying for a position, we will collect information as outlined in the section below titled “Employment Applications”.
How your personal information will be used
We collect your personal information so that we can use it for future bookings and events, which include, amongst other things:
- organizing events;
- providing you with information regarding Torie Tye and its activities;
- confirming your identity when you book an event with us;
- processing and considering your employment application (refer to “Employment Application” section below);
- addressing any feedback or complaints you may have;
- answering any queries you may have; and
- any purposes for which it was requested and directly related purposes, and developing, improving and marketing our products and services.
If you do not provide us with your personal information, we will be unable to do one or more of the above (including being unable to provide product or services for your event).
If you also subscribe to our mailing list, we may e-mail to you updates about our products and services. If you do not wish to remain a subscriber to our mailing list or otherwise receive updates on our products and services, you are able to remove your details from the subscriptions list via the contact us page of this website
If you also provide Torie Tye with your mobile phone number we may choose to SMS updates about our products and services. If you do not wish to remain a subscriber to our SMS mailing list or otherwise receive updates on our products and services, you are able to phone Torie Tye to be removed.
We will automatically assume you consent to management of your personal information in the manner specified in this Privacy Policy (which may change from time to time and without notice to individuals) and our Privacy Statement until you inform us to the contrary by contacting Torie Tye in writing.
Exchange of personal information with third parties
Personal information collected by Torie Tye from you may be disclosed:
